Alan: I was there in mid may, and hayden valley had a TON of snow. They had a fairly good snowstorm the day I arrived, and when I went up the next morning, the roads were still covered with significant snow. There were 15+ foot snow drifts in areas still. However in 3 days a lot of it was melted, though there were still a bunch of very large drifts on the sides of the road. This was shot in Hayden Valley

Looks like you were there about two months after me.I'm surprised the snow was still this deep.Great Coyote Shot.Was this in North Yellowstone?
